The missions and goals of the institution are reflected in all the programs and activities of the institution. It is difficult to draw a line of demarcation as to say which of the activities reflect which of the missions and goals of the institution. The members of both teaching and non-teaching faculty and the S.B.E.T. management are proud to say that they have successfully come out in the task of providing jobs through teacher education to a fairly large number of graduates who belong to Mandya District in particular and others in general. They are happy to endorse the opinion that they find a good number of B.Ed graduates (who is the product of the institution) in every high school of Mandya district.
